Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, Hala Aljazera Industrial Company allows returns and exchanges subject to the following terms: Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product arrives damaged or different from the order, provided that Customer Service is contacted immediately upon receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not damaged or improperly stored by the customer. Products manufactured or prepared specifically according to the customer's order are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to the company. Refrigerated and frozen products are subject to special conditions and cannot be returned after delivery, except in cases of a product-related issue. The company bears the costs of return or replacement when the error or defect is attributable to the company.
